Who operates the site

This website is operated by Healthy Habit LLC through its G-OOD Designs studio. By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these website-use terms. A signed proposal or service agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Website information and packages

G-OOD Designs is based in Tampa, Florida and may provide remote design and website services to clients across the United States, subject to project fit, availability, and an accepted written agreement.

Package descriptions and planning estimates are intended to make small-project scope easier to understand. The $495 Vendor Starter, $850 Vendor Plus, $59/month Vendor Care, and $149/month Vendor Growth Care prices shown on the Community Websites page are Community Pass member rates. They apply only to an active member whose project fits the stated fixed scope and may change prospectively before a written proposal is accepted.

Your final written scope will identify included pages, features, content responsibilities, revision rounds, delivery assumptions, ongoing care, and any separate fees. Ecommerce, custom software, premium assets, third-party subscriptions, domain registration, specialized integrations, extensive copywriting, and work outside the agreed scope are not included unless the written agreement says otherwise.

Community Pass eligibility

You may use the Community Websites planner before joining. Selecting “active member” or “planning to join” does not verify eligibility or reserve a price. Community Pass eligibility must be confirmed by G-OOD before the member-rate proposal is accepted and the deposit is paid. Community Pass membership is separate from website, domain, hosting, and third-party charges.

Once both sides accept a written website agreement, the agreed project price does not change merely because membership later ends during that build. Ongoing care-plan member pricing requires an active Community Pass. We will provide notice before applying an eligibility or pricing change to future care periods. Nonmembers remain welcome to request G-OOD's standard services or a custom quote.

Payments and timing

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, a 50% deposit reserves the project and the balance is due before launch or transfer. Third-party fees are separate and may be paid directly by the client. Estimated timelines begin after required content, access, approvals, and the deposit are received. Delayed content or feedback may move the schedule.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, lawful, and authorized text, images, logos, prices, claims, policies, licenses, and account access. You must review deliverables and submit consolidated feedback within the agreed revision process. You may not ask us to copy protected work, impersonate another business, publish deceptive claims, or build unlawful or harmful content.

Ownership and portfolio use

Client-owned domains and business accounts should remain in the client’s name. Ownership of final custom deliverables transfers only as described in the written agreement and after full payment. Pre-existing tools, reusable components, fonts, stock assets, platform code, and third-party materials remain subject to their existing licenses.

We will not present a speculative concept as completed client work. Public portfolio or case-study use of identifiable client work requires the permission described in the project agreement or separate written approval.

No guaranteed results

Design, search setup, analytics, and website improvements can support a clearer customer path, but G-OOD does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, revenue, platform approval, or uninterrupted third-party services. Business results depend on factors outside our control.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the request form, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, probe security controls, interfere with the site, harvest information, or submit false, abusive, infringing, or unlawful material. We may restrict access or disregard requests that appear fraudulent, automated, or unsafe.

Third-party services

The site may link to or depend on third-party hosting, booking, payment, social, analytics, database, or communication services. Those services have their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party changes or outages outside the commitments in a signed service agreement.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, this public website and its general information are provided “as is” without promises beyond an accepted written agreement. Healthy Habit LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising only from use of this public site. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These website-use terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless an accepted written agreement provides another process, disputes relating only to these website-use terms will be handled in state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes and contact
