Privacy Policy

Short version: We use the information you submit to respond to your G-OOD Designs project request or community website plan, review private client feedback, operate our form systems, and keep appropriate business records. The forms do not add you to a marketing mailing list, private feedback is not published automatically, and we do not sell personal information.

Who is responsible for this website

G-OOD Designs is a studio of Healthy Habit LLC. In this policy, “G-OOD,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Healthy Habit LLC doing business through G-OOD Designs.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a website game plan or contact us, we may collect your name, business name, email address, phone number, city or service area, business type, current website or social link, package interest, project goals, available assets, preferred timing, referral source, Community Pass claim, care-plan and add-on interests, and any notes you choose to submit. When an existing client uses the private feedback form, we may collect their name, business name, rating, and written feedback.

Request and technical context

We may also receive the page used to submit a form, referring page, campaign parameters in the link, submission time, and ordinary security or hosting logs. We do not currently use these forms to enroll visitors in a newsletter or collect payment-card information.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, health records, or other highly sensitive information through these forms.

How we use information

respond to the request and provide the requested three-point website game plan;
assess project fit, recommend a package, prepare a scope, or answer questions;
record and manually verify Community Pass eligibility before offering a member rate; a visitor's membership selection does not verify eligibility automatically;
privately review client feedback and improve our services; we will ask separately before using a client's words in public marketing;
organize inquiries, prevent duplicates, and maintain suppression or opt-out records;
protect the website and request system from abuse, fraud, or security incidents;
maintain business, tax, legal, and service records when appropriate; and
improve our website and outreach using aggregated or de-identified information.

Service providers and disclosures

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, email, cloud documents, workflow automation, and form-abuse prevention. At launch these may include Vercel, Supabase, Google Workspace, and Cloudflare. A form-security provider may receive ordinary request data such as an IP address, browser signals, and a verification token to distinguish people from automated abuse. These providers process information for us under their own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business reorganization, or with your direction or consent.

G-OOD Designs and the HEHA Community Pass are operated by Healthy Habit LLC. If you ask for a member rate, authorized personnel may compare the contact information in your request with Healthy Habit LLC's Community Pass records. The public form does not reveal whether an email address belongs to a member.

We do not sell personal information. We do not disclose form information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Links to third-party order, booking, social, or payment services are governed by those providers’ policies.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and feedback information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including follow-up, service improvement, suppression, business records, disputes, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us not to contact you again, by emailing hello@g-ooddesigns.com. We may retain a minimal suppression record so we can honor a do-not-contact request and may retain information required for legal or business records.

Children

This is a business-services website and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children through the project or feedback forms.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or data practices change. We will post the revised date on this page. Material changes apply prospectively unless the law requires otherwise.
